Pfft auto loot, I have quite happily given players an in game command to do that in the past. Dragging stuff one at a time to your bag is just a pain in the ass.
Statbars.. don't hurt anyone, Autotarget... most MMO's have now adays, AFK macroing I have always dealt with in a more imaginative way that most shards, which also makes the game more interesting when you are actually playing.
Light levels is the only thing that ever bugged me but honestly no so much anymore.

So the problem is?...
