Is there anyway to enable the expansion skills to popup on the skillmenu, without actually enabling the expansion packs?

I'd like to add the AOS/SE skills to the tree, but I have no interest in using their hardcore functions, I just want them on the list.

I know I can use/set/change them even with all the AOS/SE features disabled, but I'm trying to avoid writing a custom skill menu just so the players can see them.

Worst case scenario I'll just write a custom GUMP for my skillmenu, I'd just rather keep the hardcoded one.
