In one post you say the server closes when it errors, in another you say it doesn't error at all....

Does the server just crash when you start it? are you able to log in to it?
Did you add AGREE=1 to the sphere.ini ?
Without specific details as to what the server does everyone is pretty much fumbling around in the dark here, no offense.
