you are missing basic file, sphere.ini and there you have to set up right informations.

unfortunately KR was never fully supported by any emulator, OSI had killed KR clients and replaced it with SA enhanced clients. Both KR and SA enhanced clients have the same "enhanced" graphics, but KR was a "bad project" (everything is incompatible because they made this new client starting from the scratch) and SA enhanced client is the "new KR client" where everything is backward-compatible with classic clients

but anyway, sphere 56d have support for latest SA enhanced clients. 56c also support it but it lack many features, so if you're planning to use enhanced clients it's recommended move to 56d and use SA enhanced clients

I moved. Good luck with 3d versions of my client 4.0.63.2. When I enter it into sphere.ini, I get a mistake. Version 7.0.63.2 reacts but does not connect.

To run a sphere I have to have a 2d client. But I want to play over 3d and both have a different client version. Would Jake be resolved? Let me ask a little more detail.

to use no-crypt clients you must set UseNoCrypt=1 on sphere.ini

PS: also take caution with invalid characters when changing these settings, because you set "ClientVersion= 7.0.63.2.", there's an extra whitespace at begin and extra "." at the end. When this happens, in some specific cases sphere will automatically fix it but on some others cases it won't fix, so to avoid problems you should always set the value correctly (in this case it is ClientVersion=7.0.63.2)

usually this "failed to bind IP/port" error occur when your PC already linked this the same IP/port to another app (probably another spheresvr.exe running?)

maybe if you just close another spheresvr.exe running or if you do a simple OS reboot is enough to fix this
