As your nick says, you're from Brazil and we had a recent change on daylight saving time (15 to 16/feb at 00:00).
If I remember well, Sphere throw a warning when the system clock receive a big time change. I don't know the threshold value or how Sphere keep track on system clock, but I imagine that timers heavily rely on it, and when the Sphere detect a huge change, it have to update the fire time for every timer in order to keep a smooth flow on the gameplay; that's why Sphere throw this warning.

It's simply stating that the current time it's detecting is lower then the previous recorded game time... nothing to be worried about. It adjusts itself automatically and happens all the time with daylight savings time. It's possible that it was caused by your system clock being adjusted a little for who knows what reason...
