I need to know how to open 2 clients at the same time in 0.56d, currently when I try it, it tells me this:
Error: another copy of UO is already running!

You need Multi Client.

My console says this when i try to log in with that,
Bad login (unknown encryption key)
and I have enabled encrypted log ins

What version of Ultima Online are you using? Now, with the seventh client version, you don't need anything to run multiple clients at once. You don't even need to install the game. I suppose you have an older version of UO.

This is related to your client version
Old clients doesn't allow open more than 1 client at the same time, but new clients will just show a warning like "running 2 clients at the same is unsupported, etc" where you can click on OK to make it open it anyway
