Problems found in 0.56.4.637.
REGEN settings for REGEN0, REGEN1, REGEN2 in sphere.ini
When tested at 0.56.4.619
When REGEN0 = 20 is set, a REGEN of 1 occurs every 20 seconds.
However, at 0.56.4.637
Unconditionally recovered 10 per second,
Setting REGEN0 = 20 will recover 200 in 20 seconds.
The display of REGEN occurs exactly once every 20 seconds.
Likewise, setting REGEN1 = 14 will recover 140 in 14 seconds.
Exactly, REGEN appears once every 14 seconds.
It does not occur in 0.56.4.619 that I normally use.

it was just an copy/paste typo, it's already fixed on latest build 648
