Can not login from sphere 0.56.4.620 or later.
I am using Enhanced Client 4.0.65.
Of course, spherecrypt.ini is set correctly, and sphere 0.56.4.619 can be connected without any problem.
After entering the account and password, the shard selection screen will not proceed.
The messages in the console window
'WARNING: 1: Bad Login 11 (Encryption error (unknown encryption or bad login packet))'

are you using any launcher? I'm testing enhanced client 4.0.65.1 (using UoSALoader) on latest build 628 and it's working fine

0.56.4.619 or earlier is possible without any problems.
From 0.56.4.620 the problem is
1. Enter ID and password and connect. (OK)
2. The Shard Selection screen is displayed. (OK)
3. Select Shard, it will not proceed anymore. (Fail)
※ Eventually, the character selection screen is not output and stops at the shard selection screen.
※ In the server console, "WARNING: 3: Bad Login 11 (Encryption error (unknown encryption or bad login packet)") is displayed and client connection is disconnected.
I do not use the launcher.
I am using UOSA.exe by modifying the ip address part.
I use port 7775, which is also used by UO.
UoSALoader is recognized as a virus by some vaccines.

try using build 637, I fixed some internal errors which should also fix this client encryption problem
