It's been quite some time since i've used any sort of multi or static file making software. i was hoping someone would be able to make a tutorial (youtube) or a well written one. Really appreciate it thanks. Also if this already exists just point me in the right direction.

hello!
to edit your map (terrains and statics) i've found the best solution in centred (or better centred+) you can find tutorials in youtube already but i don't think you're gonna need it

to edit art mul, gump and others i use uo mul editor (you can find it in the same link) since i don't like neither uofiddler nor mulpatcher (until i'm not forced to use it).
you can edit or make new multis with uo house builder (same page), i used it a couple of time, simple and good enough

You also can use axis to edit statics.mul and staidx.mul
