I have Md5Passwords=1 with live server, could something wrong happen if i disable Md5Passwords to =0 ?

All your current passwords will stop working, you'll have to help people to reset their passwords (Even if you re-enable it, current MD5 hashes will be converted to MD5 again, so old passwords won't even work anymore).
