in the description 56c says "Therefore it is not recommended to use these builds on a live shard"
some of my scripts only work in 56c
what are the problems that can bring me the 56c client, and what version works better?

Usually, nightly builds are better than the pre-release (more fixes, more features), so try it for a while.
Also the whole default script files, were changed with the introduction of sphere56c. So do not mix them
