patching uop file - ograso - 06-15-2014 06:18 AM Hey all, I used to michalengalo and mul patcher on verdata a few year ago but As you may already know there is no verdata.mul and gumpidx.mul anymore. I tried to patch uop file to anim.mul but I didnt success. How can I patch uop file to which file. Someone explain to me please RE: patching uop file - Jim - 01-21-2015 05:21 PM you can use "LegacyMULConverter-v4.rar " can be download from: (https://code.google.com/p/runuo/downloads/list) or (http://code.google.com/p/runuo/downloads/list) and then follow the "readme.txt" in that rar file. that program can convert the "artLegacyMUL.uop" to "art.mul" and "artidx.mul". and also the Gump...etc. RE: patching uop file - karma - 03-08-2016 02:52 AM Uhmm uop files of newer client versions are different from older. If you use a uop patch (for pre 7 clients) you have to apply it to a verdata and then save verdata slots as vd or whatever (bmp for art or gumo, dunno what michelangelo can handle for anims) and then insert it into the desired mul with mulpatcher (if it handles the same file format of michelangelo). Uop from client 7 instead is a file format which partially replaces mul, for maps (now facets) as example. Sphere version isn't the cause of your problem, and you can still use every client version you want with latest 0.56c nightly. You have not specified which kind of uop are you using and what exactly you want to do. I think i have been exhaustive in the previous post, also, if you use the uop with michelangelo and verdata, the uofiddler plugin is useless, since it converts uop files from 7.x clients to older muls. There's another program to convert CC uop to mul, i don't remember now the name (legacymulconverter perhaps?) but i think you can find it onto the download section or on ultima online builder website. |
