Czech PSPad is a universal IDE editor. Which contains a lot of cool features, as already defined templates own character and FTP (secure) connection and various tools.
I like to use this tool for the creation of scripts to Sphere. The only thing it can not do, following the classes in other languages. Therefore, it is good to spheresrver. On the other languages I use NetBeans.
