i have this error in my console when i double click on my house deed
CRITICAL:Error Pri=2, Code=0, Desc='CTileTerrainType.ReadInfo: TileData Read', in GetItemData

I think this is related to the configuration that you have on your Sphere regarded to the expansions that you have on.
Try to turn on all expansions on sphere.ini and on your spheretables.
