etc give, If i remeber correctly r4 gives 20%

R1 -> 100%
R5 -> 20%
R10 -> 10%
R4 -> 25%

r1 = random from 0 to 0 (1number) ..as dark posted, its 100%
r5 = random from 0 to 4 (5numbers) 20%
r10 = random from 0 to 9 (10numbers) 10%

R4 would actually give 25% as it is taking a value of 0 - 3.
The best point to remember: If you are not using r<#,#> and you are using r<#> then it is value - 1; starting with a 0 count.
