What's the best application to use for modifying / creating a hues.mul file?

well...there are some...since i add lots of colors from different hues files, and i had to merge them i had to use a program that was able to 'merge' and i used "MergeHues.exe"
Otherwise UoHueManager" is ok.
U can also use the Hues editor from Uofiddler.

UOFiddler and UO Hue Manager are ideal. As Crusader stated. Merge Hues would be nice if you want someone else's hues.
