I don't think it was a bad decision in my opinion. He has been the only to ask me to join. We had another candidate (I originally had three total, but one told me awhile back he was too busy with classes to help), but the second candidate gracefully declined due to their free time.
I have heard from Kons though and he said he is going to review the code as soon as possible, but has been bogged down this week. Once he reviews the code I believe he is going to make his decision to come on the team or not.

Why would you stalk two people no longer involved in Sphere?
Why would I call them? I have more than free rights to hire whomever we agree to or go open source at the moment... So I have no need to contact either of them in any fashion. Nor do you need to be stalking them; which is a serious offense; legally.
