I'm running Sphere 56b Nightly Build (April 28, 2013) and have noticed that no GM commands work for any of my staff at anything below PLEVEL 7. In the console it shows command=0 (ie. add=0). But as soon as I set them to PLEVEL 7, all commands work fine.
Anyone have an idea what's causing this bug? I check spheretables.scp and everything looks fine for command PLEVELs.
Also, when running the "stable" release of 56b (2009 build), commands work just fine for all PLEVELs.

Sphere.ini file has this setting if you want to change it:
// Set from 0 - 7 to set what the default plevel is to use commands.
DefaultCommandLevel=5
