Spawning a world - mpgram - 04-04-2013 09:33 AM First time post here, so please bear with me... I'll be the first to admit that I was trying to be a bit lazy here. I used Taran's monster and NPC vendor spawn script that was written by Skul (I believe). The world gems have all been created. I have let the server cook for approx. 8 hours now. Nothing seems to spawn at all unless I double click on the world gem, in which case I get a "You negate the spawn and activate it" message. I typed ".spawn_world" followed an hour later by "reset_spawns". Is there something I am missing? I haven't used sphere since like 51a WAY back in the day. I have forgotten nearly everything I remembered back then. Thanks all! RE: Spawning a world - Mordaunt - 04-04-2013 09:51 AM Taran's script was written by Taran... hence it being Taran's spawner ![]() I have not used it myself though I notice something rather crucial missing from it... Not a single gembit seems to be getting an "amount" set on it. Which is why it is not spawning anything. RE: Spawning a world - mpgram - 04-04-2013 10:52 AM Heh, now that you mention it... sigh. It's always something simple right? =) Thanks a bunch. |
