Nope, disable the auto update mechanism of windows clock. I think the problem is due the internet clock which is all the time trying to update clock but once there is some delay between update and your initial clock, sphere server just confuses than gives that error. Not a really problem if there is not much time change while updating. As i said, in order not to get that warning just close the internet clock update.
