look in your sphere_region script and tell us whats under [REGIONTYPE r_default_rock t_rock]

Strange but try n raise from 6.0 to like 10-20 or some thing i never had this problem any errors at all ?

are you sure scripts like
[REGIONRESOURCE mr_iron]
are running on your shard?
and there are "r_default_rock t_rock" on your regions?

First of all, use one of the nightly builds. Using a 5 year old server is asking for trouble.
I understand that your sphere_region.scp looks right, but does your sphere_item_provisions_ore.scp?
are the REGIONRESOURCE defined?
is the ore itself defined?
I am guessing so otherwise there would be errors but I want to cover the bases
