Sphere only associates the firt speech "spk_player".
With event blocks is possibile to add multiple events.
Is that a bug?

i think its not a bug but you can set new speech for players:
dspeech +spk_player_house
you can load speech for special conditions (when entering and leaving event) so they will not create unnecessary load on server.
