I know the latest dev build of axis2 is supposed to work. However, mine just keeps crashing when I start it up. Never even opens a menu, must not have something installed correctly. What else is needed to be installed prior to running it?

Client version? OS version?
You need the right version for your client and it's unstable under Win7.

version 7.0.27.8
os is windows 7, i heard running in compatibility mode would get it to run
