New problem, seems to be one arising after every fix. - Sinister - 09-14-2012 10:04 AM

Well, I've encountered quite a few problems trying to create a new 51a server. Last few haven't been quite as stubborn to fix, seems no matter what I do I'm always getting a few errors that can't be fixed no matter what I try. I'll list them below.

ERROR:Can't open web page input 'C:\Sphere\SphereSTATUSBASE.HTM'
(this error is always around from the moment I start sphere)

and

ERROR:1a0:Login_Relay BAD index! 128
ERROR:1a0:Bad Msg 0a0 Eat 3 bytes, prv=0c5
ERROR:1a0:Bad Login 4
(These error occur when I try to test login to my server)

All help is appreciated, thank you.

Screen shot may be too small to read, this damn 500kb and lower stuff is annoying =/

Its an old post but. Heres an answer

The 'C:\Sphere\SphereSTATUSBASE.HTM' problem is the webpage generator.

In 56b That lives in /sphere/scripts/web. Whats happening is your Sphere.Ini is looking for this webpage to create the status page. Either fix the links or remove it from sphere.ini

This >>
ERROR:1a0:Login_Relay BAD index! 128
ERROR:1a0:Bad Msg 0a0 Eat 3 bytes, prv=0c5
ERROR:1a0:Bad Login 4
(These error occur when I try to test login to my server

If this happens only locally this is a loopback issue, to fix this make sure your local settings are correct, If they are you can install a loopback adapter to get around this.
