what skill gump do you mean?

the hardcoded skill menu you open via paperdoll (or makro) to see your skills and their values.

through script you can open
paperdoll with OPENPAPERDOLL
stop.
maybe with packets some more but i don't belive it so much

I know that I can open my paerdoll via command (and sendpacket) but for the buttons (option/skills and so on) there aren´t packets.
