On previous one, 55i, it was quite simple: i applied ".privset 4" to other player and he was able to create items, change color, and so on.
But at 56b, looking like something had changed: it is forbidden for them to use GM's actions.

For most things, type .gm
But that shouldn't affect creating or coloring items. Let us know if this solves your problem.

Nope... it says "You can't use this command".
Gave Owner rights - still the same.
