good news, I found the problem and fixed it
(at least it's fixed here on my test server, let's see the final result on next nightly)
and also there's a bonus: this same fix maybe will fix the broken vendor menu on enhanced clients (I can't test it here because I doesn't have enhanced client, but if someone have it, feel free to make some tests)
