moonwalking npcs with lightsource problem has been already reported, plus also a temporary fix...but actually the devs are working to fix the issue in the core. The problems related to all the clients from 6 to 7.
Search for "moonwalk" or "moonwalking npc" to know more
The second issue i don't know. I suggested to norlack to deactivate the Osi Stack option, that could be the issue (not sure), but since it had problems better give a try
.

a week has gone, no more crashes after we deactivated the EF_ItemStacking flag.

badly they don't know and they also have no idea. i just got the intuition to tell them to remove that flag because i saw u trying to fix the problem days ago, and since i didn't know what build they were using i thought that maybe was one where the bug was not yet fixed... or maybe since u had troubles to fix it, it was still alive... i'll let u know about build number.
