RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - Skul - 07-15-2012 08:07 AM exactly, plus it will encourage people to update ![]() RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - RanXerox - 07-16-2012 07:46 AM I updated the zip file... the changes are again significant so you need to stop all running poker games, delete all existing i_cards_poker items, replace all the changed scp files, then resync. In theory, this time if you delete a game-in-progress, the players will get their bet and chips back and the pot will be split by all players in the game with cards in hand. RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - gnomorox - 10-20-2012 09:07 AM Bug. When you the all-in against a lower value. You lose everything. RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - RanXerox - 10-21-2012 04:19 AM Ahhh, I see what you mean. I will try and fix it shortly. RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - gnomorox - 10-21-2012 05:28 AM Have some little bugs, but the system is very good. RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - RanXerox - 03-02-2013 09:57 AM Yes and no... I tried twice to fix the all-in situation, but I abandoned both approaches as overly complicated. The problem is directly related to the problem of dynamically calculating and storing the side-pot(s) that may result from an all-in - in combination with the and subsequent call/raise/all-in decisions that other players will invariably make... I think the solution to this problem requires a lot more time than I have to dedicate at the moment. It is because I couln't satisfactorily solve that problem that this post is in the script requests section and not the script submissions. We as a community need to fix this badboy up and agree it is good enough and then we can move it over. RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - Ultima One - 03-13-2013 02:11 AM Dealing with the all-in split pots is a nightmare.. probably the hardest bit of logic to do in a poker game... would love to use the script if you can get it calculating right... or maybe just have a 'non-realistic' fallback, such that you can't bet more than the lowest chips a player has.. some games do this. So, if player A has only 10 chips left, and player B has 50, but chose's 'all-in' it will simply bet 10 chips. That way you won't ever have to split pots.. it takes the risk/profit out of the all-in, but makes the game more playable... It is UO afterall... not PokerStars RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - RanXerox - 03-13-2013 06:07 AM That would definitely be simpler... I will take a look RE: Texas Hold'em Poker - ImProV1zator - 12-12-2013 12:00 PM 4:45:(Poker.scp,721)Poker: ..There are only 0 ready players... 04:45:(Poker.scp,721)Poker: Display the table to all players: 04:45:(Poker.scp,721)Poker: ..1: ss 04:45:(Poker.scp,721)Poker: ..2: sdfsdfsdf (offline) 04:45:(Poker.scp,721)Poker: ..3: Akando How to be ready? 50k gold in pack and in bank. all i_cards_poker deleted.whats the problem?Cant start game.May be i dont see some gumps of button to ready/start? |
