Hello. I'm probably not so famous user on this forum, but i used SphereServer for several years, and still continue to use it. I have old build of 0.56b sphere and not using new versions because not sure in their stability. I created many script-based solutions specially for my server to solve and override problems on old build.

I'm not sure is it good or bad to open sources for society. I will try to explain my point of view. If SphereServer developers team would have much more qualified members to make development and bugs fixing faster, then probably no need to open sources. Also little fork for Sphere would be nice - i mean, there would be 2 types of SphereServer. First - normal, and second - concentrated on old bugs fixing, instead of adding new Smile Because would be nice to see 'Stable' SphereServer version instead of piles of unstable experimental versions. I think in such conditions no need to open sources.

In other case, if all what i wrote upper is not possible - then probably open sources is not bad idea. If not enough power and resources in developers team to fix all bugs, then society could do big work, and old developers team could just control that process to avoid adding 'trash code'.

I see various topics on forum about bugs and problems, that's why i decided that not all is good in new SphereServer versions.

This guy makes a good point... I went to upload another script pack the other day and learnt that the script section really is hidden away...

Can we fix the download section up to showcase what's there a bit better?
