Can someone help me create horses that run faster? I would like to be able to change the speed of the horse based on the breed if it is valuable or not.

probably there's no way to do it, clients are only able to use pre-determined walk speeds

you can set SPEEDMODE=[0~4] on chars to change speed mode, usually these values will just make the char always walk, or always run, or change walk speed to the same as running speed, but it can't make running speed run even faster
