I found this in forum,and this runs exactly well

but I want the NPCs/Monsters if see player's corpse in some range，they run to the corpse and loot it.

well... i think you're looking for this
in sphere.ini, search for NPC_AI_LOOTING and active this

// NPC_AI_LOOTING 0100 Make NPCs loot nearby items and corpses
