had to of been a new dialog to look like the old menu

I asume you are using the SCP, right? If so... there's a file within you can configure most of the settings of the SCP.

??? This menu is the default of sphere. Just remove your custom skillmenus.

youd have to edit all the tools... hammer, sewing kit, ect ???
