Guards - Reds able to enter town and guards only whack criminals and offenders.

You should download SCP (Script community Packet) its full of the newest systems OSI like, many not working fully but yet very good work....

Does nay one have the Boat PVP system?

Not currently. There was an old 55I back in the day though if someone still has that. My desktop is currently down for the count and I won't be fixing that till my girl friend heads back to Australia. I am currently on "vacation" I guess you can say
