I haven´t played it to the end, so maybe some mistakes will be there.
And it is also a short tutorial

At first, you have to download the anims in flc. format here
FLC Anims

Now, you have to convert the flc files in a gif file.
To do this you need the avs video converter.
AVS Video Converter

Now, you got the gif files.

Try to find a good and free tool to convert the gif file to a bmp file.
voila. you got the file to make a monster aniim via uofiddler.
haven´t the time to convert some monster but there a so much anims there Smile
maybe some one will do this work and convert some to .vd files (mulpacher)

oh, haven´t seen it.
all the anims are scaled down Sad
to small for uo
i guess the images will be too small for uo

holy shit Smile
great!

it works fine.
one wish.
can the converter automaticly great the directory for the animation.
for example I convert the anims run and idle and the programm automaticly create the directory run and idle and put the .gifs inside this one?
thank you Smile

very very small the anims.
that´s the problem.
you have to resize them. and with resizing them you lost the quality.
Not all animations are very small.
I released new version ...
Changelog:
1.1.0 (04.06.2014)
(+) Check the missing file ffmepg.exe
(+) Define name for export directory
(+) Checkbox for save converted GIF from FLC to export directory
(*) GIF to BMP function
(o) Fixed many bugs Tongue
it works Smile
thanks for the update.

is there a chance that you can build a converter for .dds files?
I ask this question because the anim vom civ 4 and civ 5 are builded in this format.
and maybe this anims are all taller than the civ3 anims.
