RE: magic issue
Hmmm. everything looks good. What are your INI Settings in the Magic Flags at the moment?! Because that is a harm flagged spell and is doing everything it should. Parsing 5,15 damage as well.

RE: magic issue
Might sound silly, but test with 0200 on in your magic flags. Just want to hear what the result is, because everything seems set up fine... unless it is one of the events stopping damage. Also... check your region flags too and make sure spells can hurt things. It could be a region flag as well.

RE: magic issue
You are welcome. Just want to help you isolate this issue and I read he said it was Flags, but all the flags seem fine unless it is regional, an event, or something buggy. Though, I haven't seen many complaints. So, def here for you!!! ^_^

RE: magic issue
Same result , I have check all regions for flags but i see nothing wrong. I totally figured it was some old events or tags doing it from my custom scripts so I made to fresh accounts and made sure they had not tags or events attached to them . I even remove the eventspet and eventsplayer events from the sphere.ini. It is exactly the same result.

I have taken every single one of my scripts out of the scripts folder and its the same thing....on all maps and areas. Cant just be me ! lolol or can it......? TongueTongue

RE: magic issue
Have you tried a second server, nothing in it but base files and seen if it works there? That is truly the best way to find out if it is the spells/regions/etc. Then it lets you isolate the issue. If they work on the base server with no customs, then it is something custom stopping you. Going to check that combat_events.scp now.
