VisualRange question
I am in use.
Server 0.56.4.317 and
Enhanced client 4.0.55.4 , 4.0.49.2

I want to increase my visibility because the field of view of the item or character is too narrow.

I think the current field of view is 18 cells. (Items and characters beyond 18cell are not visible)
I recently tested it because it seems to have changed to 24cell from 0.56.4.316 recently.
But still seems to be limited to 18cell.
If use '.VisualRange' or '.set VisualRange' command to adjust the field of view to be larger than 18cell, the item or character will not be updated.
and use '.fix' or '.update' command must need visible.
(adjusted to be smaller than 18cell, it will be smaller without problems)
This is the same before 0.56.4.316.

Is there another way to increase your visibility?

RE: VisualRange question
on classic clients 7.0.55.27+ (or enhanced 4.0.55.27+) OSI added new screen resolutions on options menu and increased the max visual range value from 18 to 24, but these changes only works on these clients

previous clients still using max visual range = 18, because it's an client-side limit that chan't be changed even if you set visual range is 24 on server-side

so to use these new features you must run UOPatch to update your client to the latest version
