Vendor not buy item, and say: "I cannot afford any more at the moment".

2 way I believe buy some stuff off it or do .serv.restock that should fix it

You need to make the npc spawn with money.



You can change how much that random coin purse gives the npc by going into sphere_template_loot.scp

You could also just use ITEM=i_gold,{25 50}
