UTF-8
OK so I save my .scp in utf-8 and can get hearts spades and clubs ♥♣♠ to show up on my dialog, i'm using it with dhtmlgump but can't seem to get diamond ♦ to show up

Code:
dhtmlgump +15 +10 50 50 0 0 <DEF.BF_Red> ♦ <Unicode diamond image is here>

so that's roughly the line of code I am using within my script, I've tried a few other odd characters and they are a bit hit and miss as to whether they work, so any ideas to the problem or how I can jerry rig something to make it work?

RE: UTF-8
UO clients have its own font file fonts.mul, and taking a look using UOFiddler on fonts.mul, most characters are just empty spaces and it just have some few UTF-8 (unicode) characters. So maybe the only way to make the client compatible with all UTF-8 characters is find some way to edit fonts.mul to add all these missing codes

RE: UTF-8
Hey Coruja thanks for the reply, had a proper look at the fonts mul, and I can see what you mean, strange they did those 3 card suits and not the diamonds though, long arse project to fully update the fonts.mul to have all the Unicode in it unless there is some sort of batch converter updater or something Sad
