This is an open letter for all of you.
Over the years we have watched how the game and freeshards evolve and we were quite unhappy with it, We believe the best freeshard can only be a custom ruleset, a mix of Sphere55i and OSI, run by software engineers, built on top of DDOS resilient infrastructure.

We have been working on a custom shard that will bring all Ultima Online players from around the World!
After months of building, we finally got to the point where we are ready to launch..

So I welcome you to UO: International, where we aim for perfect service. Built on top of 12core Xeon, 96 GB DDR3 ECC, Premium bidirectional bandwith, ultra DDoS protection, UO: International will support up to 4000 ONLINE PLAYERS !

Here is the ruleset:

- Only Felucca facet.
- Pre-Aos expansion status, no insurance, no stats on weapons other than Force, Power, Vanq and accuracy bonus etc.
- No Precasting. We strongly believe precasting promoted timed dumps rather than skill. And lead to only playing with and against tank mages.
- Redone combat system. A lot of buffs for Warriors.
- No Bod. Instead the rewards will be craftable.
- No Factions. Yes Order/Chaos.
- World Wide PVP Tournaments every week.
- World Wide PVE Events every two weeks.
- Champion spawns!
- Magincia is destroyed for player housing.
