Stop mana regeneration
This seems like it should be simple, but i can't figure it out. I want to make a system where a player has 0 mana most of the time and they have to meditate to channel the mana. I am using the community script pack and I can't seem to get it to stop regenerating mana. I tried the sphere.ini regen, I tried tag.override.regen_1 and tag.override.regenval_1 and the regenmana function. I could set it to only increase ever 100000000 seconds or something like that, but I really just want it to add nothing at all. Any suggestions?

Also, as a side note. I understand the default regen value is 1, but it seems to be going up be two. If I set it to 1 under regenval_1, then it goes up by 1 and now and then it jumps up by 3. What is causing this? Thanks
