Check the region flags, you must disable the flags that accept mining in there.

thanks, but he mines anyway! in spheremap i h deleted events t_rock etc. but he mines!

huh yee its cool, but now i cant mine everywhere, because i deleted in a_world all events. i have some time and i will solve it.
