DL: 18.61Mbps
UL: 1.81Mbps

Just trying to create a small shard where my friends and i can play, but if i can have more players about how many players can be online with no lag?

Anyone in the United States should be just fine to play and it also depends upon your computer specs as well as line speed. Sounds like you have a normal residential cable line ?

Yes, the specs on the system are i3 3.2 GHz 4GB RAM. I'm guessing that's all that is needed.
