Why is it that SECTOR.LOCALTIME which returns the local time as a string is the same no matter where you are standing on the map, yet SECTOR.LOCALTOD varies, not by a lot admittedy but it does vary.
And further more where are these times coming from?

i think they should represent the different time zones in the sosaria world( i don't think it works btw)
