Is there a client reading statics and maps by season? Something similar to RunUO systems?

You just need to use REGION.SEASON x
0 = spring
1 = summer
2 = fall
3 = winter
4 = desolate

To set this same season on all regions of the entire map you just need to use REGION.SEASON on coord 0,0
