SRC.TIME on characters is the same that SERV.TIME, SERV.TIME it´s better becasue is not attached to any character.

SERV.TIME it´s how many tenths of seconds has lapsed since the server start, from you first saveworld.
You can use in seconds if you divide by 10, and also in a lot of logout scripts.
