Is possible to make some changes here?


I mean something like take off some skills from the menu or change the max value of the selected skills (not 50.0 per each but 40.0).

It's likely that you would have to override the character creation process. Automatically creating dummy characters and having a new menu pop up when the player logs them in for the first time to allow customisation would be a simple way to do it.

I am not sure that this menu can be affected in any other way, besides possibly editing the game files themselves
