I have some players that can use gear for a short period of time, is there a way to adjust these setting just for a specific player?

I did something with this before, if i remeber right I reduced the WalkBuffer and increased WalkRegen
Then added the trigger @UserExWalkLimit to the player event, which stoned the player, announced his location to the server, made him criminal and threw up dialog explaining he will be released in 30 seconds most likely when the enemy has caught up with him.

It worked ..... but other shit effected it like lag, and I had people complaining they were not speed hacking, after tweaking the walkbuffer and walkregen trying to find a balance I blew it off....
