uid is a blue players

NOTO1 = 1
NOTO2= 6

Should not be the opposite?
Code:
added NOTOGETFLAG function, returns notoriety flags for specified char, syntax: NOTOGETFLAG Viewer_Serial,Allow_Incognito

So if I have to check how a player A sees a player B should I use: <B.notogetflag <A>> ?

It's correct, the noto flag returned is from the "point of the view" of the viewer (first argument -> viewer_serial)
