i read it... and i did tried it setting the tag to some vendors, but the prices dont change.

Set the TAG0.MARKUP = X AND TAG0.VENDORMARKUP = 0 on the vendor.
And of course, add the events on the player.
STEPS BEFORE CREATE A THREAD
